By accessing or using Beautiful Home Zone services ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("you" or "Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Beautiful Home Zone provides interior design and furnishing services, including:

• Interior design consultation
• Space planning and optimization
• Furniture selection and sourcing
• Custom furniture design
• Lighting design
• Color consultation
• Material and finish selection
• Home staging
• Renovation and remodeling coordination
• Art and accessory curation
• Sustainable design solutions
• Smart home integration

3. Client Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Grant reasonable access to the property for consultations and installations
• Make timely decisions on design proposals and product selections
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
• Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
• Ensure the safety of our team members while on your property

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms include:

• Consultation fees are due at the time of service
• Design fees require a 50% deposit to begin work
• Product purchases require full payment before ordering
• Installation fees are due upon completion
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and may include:

• Consultations can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Design services can be cancelled with 48-hour notice for partial refund
• Custom orders and special-order items are non-refundable
• Installation services can be rescheduled with 48-hour notice
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days

6. Intellectual Property

Design concepts, plans, drawings, and specifications created by Beautiful Home Zone remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specific project only.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• We do not warrant the performance of third-party contractors or suppliers
• Product warranties are provided by manufacturers, not by us
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Color variations in materials and finishes are normal and expected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays in project completion due to external factors
• Damage to existing property during installation
• Changes in product availability or pricing
• Client dissatisfaction with completed work that meets specifications

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat project details as confidential. We may use project photos for marketing only with your written consent. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or our services may be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in New York State if mediation fails
• New York State law governs these Terms

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revision date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
